TCPL Halma is located out of Goa, India adjoining TCPL Packaging Ltd’s state-of-the-art factory. The unit is designed to comply with all global quality and audit standards and is equipped with high-speed production lines with 100% in-line quality check. The plant in Goa is very strategically located on India’s west coast near to major ports.
This helps in assuring cost-effective supplies of high-quality
Paper Cups for the world market. Besides, the company has
a tie up for material sourcing from world-class local paper
mills for both 1PE and 2 PE paperboard.

TCPL Halma is using 100% FSC compliant paperboard for production of paper cups. We are able to offer board with PE coating, Bio-PBS Coating, PLA Coating and Dispersion Coating. Our paper board suppliers are world-class in quality and service.
TCPL Halma shall be using only 100% FSC certified paper board. We can offer cups made of board which are Biodegradable and industrial compostable. Necessary certifications for the same can be provided, on request.
We are also pleased to offer plastic-free paper cups made of paperboard with water-based coating for which also necessary certifications can be provided. This coated paperboard is currently under laboratory tests for the “Flustix – Plastic Free” label. Additional certifications for compostability & recyclability are also in progress.
Our paperboard supplier can also offer carbon-neutral paperboard on request. Our paperboard is also 100% water positive, meaning that the paper mill uses less water from groundwater or freshwater sources than the amount it contributes back to the environment.
Our manufacturing site in Goa is equipped with solar panels on the entire roof span of the plant. This enables us to potentially save in excess of 20% of the total power consumption of the site and reduce our manufacturing unit’s carbon footprint.
